Identical to The Beatles - Rough Notes but Side 1 is the white with blue print label (reverse of side 2) Some rare pieces on this album. Unbooted before this or since. The sound is mixed, fair to excellent. No company or catalog information on sleeve or spine. No artist/titles credits on labels. Beatles tracks but also several Paul and George /5(4).

He felt the album needed more "John" material, and John wasn't contributing much, having lost interest in the Beatles by this time. So he suggested they re-record "One After ", their studio warm-up number. Paul also said he got a kick out of singing harmony with John on .

Historical overview. The s saw the first Beatle bootlegs issued on vinyl records. The first Beatles bootleg was Kum Back, issued around January in a plain white sleeve with plain white labels and no mention of a record company. This vinyl bootleg was based on an acetate of one of the early rough mixes by Glyn Johns of the Get Back album (which would later become Let It Be).

EU 2 LP set. Beyond being a mere trophy case of commercial success (and it won't be hard to find critics who'll argue that these singles aren't even the band's best work), One is also a Cliff's Notes take on a remarkable seven-year run of musical evolution, one that stretches from the neo-skiffle of "Love Me Do" through a remarkable synthesis of R&B, rockabilly, Tin Pan Alley, gospel, country /5(4).
